The main goal of COMMS MUNDI is to become the catalyst, which shall bring closer to the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises the Information Technologies & Communications (ITC) in a simple, economic, flexible and powerful way. Thus, COMMS MUNDI provides the SMEs with access to services that currently are only available to large corporations. It is important to remark that COMMS MUNDI is also the product essential for emerging markets and developing country; i.e. its unique characteristics allow it to be used in market segments no properly covered by the current solutions (which are very expensive and complex).
So, the target markets are:

• SMEs and all those companies which have either small or does not have at all ITC infrastructure and experience. COMMS MUNDI provides them a cost-effective solution with additional advantages over an equivalent solution from its competitors.
• Large corporation’s branch offices, whose number of employees does not justify the high investment to be done when this kind of devices had to be supplied by the same provider as the main equipment deployed at the headquarters.
• Enterprise of developing countries, since COMMS MUNDI provides, in an accessible and economic way, all the ITC services that an Enterprise would need.
• Small and Medium-sized Telecommunication operators and Internet Service Providers (ISP), since COMMS MUNDI allows all the functions required for telecommunication operators as well as ISP be integrated into a unique device (ISP-in-a-box).
• Call shops, since COMMS MUNDI provides all the functions a call shop needs within a unique device (Call shop-in-a-box).

Nevertheless, its high scalability and great upgrade capability allows COMMS MUNDI to cover a wide range of needs, which extend from small companies of few workers until large corporation of more than a thousand of employees. It is therefore an optimal product for both SMEs and larger companies. At present time our solution has been deployed in several companies (including hotels and SPA), has been used to provide the back-end for voice and data communication on rural areas, and has been selected to provide communication within small towns. Some negotiation is being conducted with call shops.
