COMMS MUNDI is a software product composed of a wide set of modules (voice, data, IP security, IT services), which can be independently acquired, and whose combination allows setting up an integrated and low-cost solution of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) that perfectly match current enterprise’s requirements and its growth’s needs, covering the very basic requisite up to the most complete and demanding office-in-a-Box or ISP-in-a-Box solution. Thus, COMMS MUNDI provides the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) with access to services that currently are only available to large corporations.
COMMS MUNDI is modular, based on standards, and provides an increasing list of modules or packs, which cover many different needs, glued to an integrated graphical management system that allows its simple and intuitive setting and configuration:

Basic system
Includes the unified management system and basic networking functions (routing, NAT, DHCP, DNS).

Telephony services
This module provides a high performance VoIP PBX, which is able to process a huge quantity of simultaneous voice communications, and is capable of performing videoconferences. It also allows fax’s sending and reception.

Call Center
Provides an advanced multi-queue Call center, able to manage several enterprises.

Advanced networking functions
Provides Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) at level 7, a multi-interface load balancer and a level 7 traffic shaper / Quality controller.

IP security
The module “IP Security” includes a complete Unified Threat Management (UTM) system and several functions for controlling system’s access.

Monitoring
This pack provides an advanced monitoring system able to monitor system resources, data traffic, connectivity, phone consumption, voice and data lines status, values embedded in web pages, and values read by local and remote sensors. It also allows warnings and alarms to be raised.

Virtualization
It is possible to include multiple virtual servers to allow installation of customer owned applications.

Captive portal
The “Captive portal” allows Internet’s access control, user’s authentication and system usage accounting.

Billing
Provides billing for telephone usage.
